Chocolate Mud Cake by Verusca Walker

1st Recipe

(Caramel chocolate Mud cake)

500g butter 200g white chocolate 500g brown sugar 400ml hot water 1sp of Molasses or Gold syrup + 3ml Caramel Essence Flavour 150ml Vegetable oil 300g plain flour + 300g self-raising flour 6 eggs 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate Bake at 150ºC for +/- 1 hour

 

2nd Recipe

Dense (Caramel chocolate Mud cake)

500g butter 400g white chocolate 500g White Caster sugar 400ml hot water Caramel Paste to taste 150ml Vegetable oil 600g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 6 eggs 1/2 spoon bicarbonate Bake at 150ºC for +/- 1 hour Caramel Ganache Ratio 4 x 1 300ml Heavy Cream (thickening Cream) 1200g white Chocolate 2 spoon of Nestle Caramel Soft ganache for filling Ratio 3 x 1 300ml Heavy Cream (thickening Cream) 900g white Chocolate 3 to 4 spoon of Nestle Caramel
