So Last year I was invited by Anna Polyviou the star of Family Food Fight's and MasterChef Australia to create a Large Carousel structure to accompany the amazing ginger bread house.
It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. So when I got invited to help again this year I couldn't pass the opportunity.
The four metre train is made of 2,000 kg of gingerbread bricks, 500 kg of lollies and copious amounts of icing. The train has lights, sparkly moving wheels, fake smoke and chocolate rocks. Everything is eatable and smells divine.

The opening night was on 30November 2017 and we have the Family Food Fight's Shahrouk Sisters Catering for us.
It will be on display at Shangri-la Hotel Sydney next couple weeks complementing Anna Polyviou’s Festive High Tea and a Christmas treat pop-up store.
2016 Life Size Gingerbread House with Carousel
The life-size gingerbread house and Carousel had one incredible team working together around the clock to complete it. The individuals included Anna Polyviou’s team of pastry chefs as well members of the Australian Cake Decorating Network. It had also 2000 kg of gingerbread bricks, 800 kg of lollies, 500 kg of fondant, 200 lollipops and a lot icing. It looks like a dream Christmas wonderland.

It had to support over 40 kilos weight of Anna's amazing sweets.
